Description

I discovered if I click anywhere on the horizontal line of the Show network status in Deskbar option, it'll enable/disable it unexpectedly. See the attached screencast for more details''

Steps to Reproduce

  1. launch Network (from Preferences)
  2. click on the horizontal line of the Show network status in Deskbar option (far right)
  3. (BUG) observe that the option gets enabled/disabled

Expected Results

I would expect that the Show network status in Deskbar option be invokable when clicking on the widget directly via the [x] itself or the label.

Actual Results

Currently, the Show network status in Deskbar option is invokable when clicking anywhere on the same horizontal line as the widget.
