Description
A reproducable testcase
mandoc -I os=OpenBSD -T utf8 test.in
Recipe for mandoc could be found here.
To reproduce one must modify the recipe to re-enable utf-8 support.
The test file and expected output could be found attached, extracted from mandoc source. For convinience, an debug report could also be found attached.
