[Tracker] Window (menu) settings like Icon view do not persist for the system folder/subfolders

Description

Making various user settings changes via the Tracker Window menu do not persist for the system folder/subfolders. Also, resizing the window, etc... also do not persist. I assume this is due to read-only related issues, but it is also a regression when compared with previous Haiku release (e.g., Alpha 4.x).

I queried for an existing bug ticket before opening this one, but found none.
