Description
Trying to download a catkeys file for offline translation results in a 404:
The requested URL /pootle/export/ was not found on this server.
The URL tried is https://i18n.haiku-os.org/pootle/export/?path=/es/haiku/preferences/shortcuts/es.catkeys

It no longer 404s, but throws a "Server Error: Exception: 'context'". If I go up a level - https://i18n.haiku-os.org/pootle/es/haiku/preferences/ - I can download all those catkeys, but the zip file I get is empty.
