BTextControl weird scrolling behaviour

Description
BTextControl behaves in a weird way when clicking with mouse button inside it, then moving the mouse to the right while keeping the button down. It scrolls the text way out of the view.

Proposed fix here: https://review.haiku-os.org/c/94/ but it breaks the ABI, so rework needed.
