Block edit broken after migration

Description

After the migration of the user guide online tool, block editing seems to be broken. I tried to edit a block in Debugger, the window opens to let me change the text, but on submitting the change by clicking "OK", I get:

I changed the owner of the git repository. Could you try again?

Changes are now accepted, apparently. I still get an alert after pressing "OK" though:

After the latest migration this is back again. Haven't checked for #14112, but that one may be back as well?
