[Interface Kit] make BToolBar beveled

Description

I think it would be aesthetically more pleasant to make BToolBar beveled.

This is also how it was prior Tracker layout merge and also how Qt5 toolbar looks.

I hope these 3 images illustrate better what I mean here:

I strongly disagree. I like it much better without the bevels.

The bevel in old Tracker and in Qt is too strong. But the toolbar in Web+ has a subtle one, which could work better.
