Userguide site fails sending out resetted passwords

Description
When resetting a password, it should be sent out to the user. Instead I get:
Unable to send the password reset email. {username}'s new password is “1ORFJL5l
- Broken email sending
- That " in the above pronouncement is NOT part ot the new password. The ending quote seems to be missing. Actually, it'd be less confusing if no quotes were used.
