Description
AboutSystem "Time Running:" field length changes causes panel layout redraw (when that field is the longest value).
"1 month, 1 day, 22 hours, 25 minutes"
"1 month, 1 day, 22 hours, 25 minutes, 1 second"
"1 month, 1 day, 22 hours, 25 minutes, 2 seconds"
...
"1 month, 1 day, 22 hours, 25 minutes, 10 seconds"
...
This results in several layout "glitches" repeating every minute.
