Description
Otter browser crashed when starting from session recover with all tabs ticked off. After that it crashed when attempting to start to an empty page. Prior to these crashes it caused a system deadlock when downloading a ~800 MiB file (consistent, confirmed 3 times out of 3). Applying the debug log from 1st crash and core dump from 2nd.
