Lowcase strings in language list when Locale is not set to english

Description
I've set my Locale to italian. I set it during the installation, so English is not in the list of "available languages"
As you may see from the screenshot below, some of the languages in the list are translated while some are not. Those translated shows in lowercase
It seems that it takes those lowercase strings from the "Formatting" strings in catkeys (not sure about that, just an idea)
