Description
Booting from an install DVD of B1 X86-64 causes a kernel crash on startup: PANIC: did not find any boot partitions

PC is Asus laptop K53E

Remove milestone for tickets with status = closed and resolution != fixed

With provided information it is impossible to guess what's going on. You at least need to attach a ReportingBugs#Syslog. Is this with 32bit or x86_64 bit image?
