The following commands did not work when I typed them into Haikus terminal, but are still in the userguide. 

‘Setwep’ - “provides WEP encryption for wireless networks”) 
‘Rlog’ - Print log messages…
‘Netcat’ - TCP and UDP Utility
‘Merge’ - Three-way file merge
‘ident’ - Identifies rcs keywords in files
‘getlimits’ - Prints platform dependent limits in a format userful for shell scripts
‘gdb’ - GNU Debugger
‘fwcontrol’ - FireWire Control Program
‘Frcode’ - Called  by updatedb to compress the list of file names
‘compress’ - Data compression program
‘Clockconfig’ - prints out the clock configuration
‘cal’ - Displays a calendar

setwep is no more (ifconfig does everything it did); compress, gdb are available as packages but not installed by default (so we should probably remove them); the rest I don't know off the top of my head.
