[docs] Magnify: wrong wording of descriptions for options

In User Guide:

  1. Hide/show info, etc. - labels in menu do not change (it's always Show)
  2. Add crosshair says you can then drag it around. It only reacts on MouseDown and doesn't follow the cursor so it's not technically dragging.
