Description
During system bootup, if checking for monitor's EDID, block defaulting to high screen resolution settings beyond active primary monitor capabilities.
NOTE: 800x600 or 1024x768 screen resolution default suggested.

This happens at the app_server / kernel level, not the video driver level, making this a dupe.

Remove milestone for tickets with status = closed and resolution != fixed

This happens if the video driver is receiving VBIOS screen resolution data > Monitor's screen resolution capability.
