Just can give you this Syslog. Mounting Linux-Partition is not possible. Writing to USB-Stick not possible. Sorry folks, you really have to do something.

KERN: module: Search for busses/usb/xhci failed.

Do you have XHCI blacklisted?

Replying to waddlesplash:

KERN: module: Search for busses/usb/xhci failed.

Do you have XHCI blacklisted?

No. Didn't blacklist something. Just boot in normal mode and than in Failsafe.

Please try hrev53787 or later, as there were several fixes to the intel_extreme driver which should improve the situation.

Milestone: R1/beta2R1/beta3

Move intel_extreme tickets where the original reporter is not responding to beta3. They can be moved back if we get some feedback, but otherwise, no progress will be made. So let's focus on people who keep their bugreports up to date.

Please try hrev53857 or later.

Milestone: R1/beta3R1

No one is working on the intel driver at the moment so it seems no progress will be made on these issues for beta3. Remove them from the milestone so we can better see our status.

Hi, could be that the 'non-synced' screen is solved in a 32bit testversion of the driver, which you can download here:

https://discuss.haiku-os.org/t/graphics-on-dell-laptop-in-vesa-mode-only/10583/64

I'd be interested in the results of a quick test with it, both if it works and if it does not work..

Hello, got the driversoftware. Will test it as fast as possible. Thx.

Hi, tried latest nightly hrev55129 x86 and x64. Can't boot (Port/USB-Stick 2.0) into Haiku. Both hangs on chip icon. Also blacklisted ethernet/wlan. Will try an earlier version of Haiku on weekend.

Please test with a current nightly and provide a new syslog. Thanks.

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
