Webpositive: showing tablist menu freezes current tab's display

Description
How to reproduce:
- load youtube.com and start playing a video
- click on the tab list icon on the top right
What happens? The video is frozen until this menu is closed.
What should happen? The video should not freeze.
Note: pressing right mouse button anywhere in the webpage seems to exhibit the same problem: it will open the context menu and freeze the video as well.
global window menus like "window", "edit", do not freeze the video.
