Assign tickets with status=closed and resolution=fixed within the R1/beta2 development window to the R1/beta2 Milestone

I have just added a change to HaikuDepotSever (HDS) such that when package data is pulled down, it includes a flag to indicate if a package would have changelog data if it were queried. This will allow this ticket to be undertaken. It will take some time until the next HDS deployment so this will have to wait until then.
