Description
Open https://www.haiku-os.org/ click on "Tickets Updates" since the Trac update to 1.3.6, the loading ( ↻ ) never completes.

It seems like the RSS generated by Trac is invalid. The link tags are malformed (you can see it in the raw RSS)

The actual problem is caused by TracSpamFilter. When I (temporarily) disabled that plugin, the generated RSS was correct. Will need to investigate further why this is.

Fixed by manually applying the patch in the upstreamed bug report.
