Cursor ghosting in StyledEdit

Description
This is similar to #1520, but not sure that it is the same cause or not. To duplicate, open a text file in StyledEdit. Click in the text area somewhere and then press the down arrow key to move the cursor down, hold it down for a few lines. This will sometimes leave a vertical line next to text you've already passed, where the cursor was drawn but not removed. I'll see if I can get a screenshot of this one.
