https://dev.haiku-os.org/admin/accounts/users seems to be not working.

I'd like to grant user "tmtfx" wiki editing rights for the i18n-fur pages. I dimly remember this is done there... If you could do that instead, I'd be grateful.

Use the permissions configuration instead.
