Description
In LibreOffice Database Wizard, there are no dropbox options to select for FireBird or HSQLDB, which are necessary to create a local database. You can force the database creation at this point, which only creates a broken database (this behaviour should be prevented!!). [Refer to image Base-Haiku_DB_Wizard-1_Actual_bug.png & Base-Haiku_DB_Wizard-2_Actual_bug.png]
What we should see are in the following images, refer to Base-Haiku_DB_Wizard_1_Expected.png and/or Base-Haiku_DB_Wizard_2_Expected.png
At this point in time, LibreOffice Base is completely broken and unusable. If you cannot a create a database, all other features are useless!

Remove milestone for tickets with status = closed and resolution != fixed
