Description

first noticed in hrev53496, still present in hrev53512. Have only checked on the x86_64 version. Older install upgraded to the same hrev still have gcc 8.3.0

We need an update of the internal repo used to build Haiku images (you can see what's used in build/jam/repositories/HaikuPorts, but updating first requires some steps on the server).

Thanks for the explanation Pulkomandy. No big deal anyway since the first "pkgman update" upgrades the system to gcc 8.3.0

​https://download.haiku-os.org needs to be adjusted as well.
