webpositive shouldn't steal focus of inputbar

webpositive should not steal focus from the adress bar while it is focused, basically:

• Set your new tab page to a search engine page with a textfield
• open new tab
• start trying URI -> Webpositive moves focus to text field -> unfinished uri stuff you are typing ends up in the search field

I propose that webpositive should instead Only put the focus to a new text field if the uri field has explicitly been left (pressing return after finishing a uri)
