System completely freezes after coming back from screensaver

Experimented a little bit. Seems irrelevant of using/not-using password or which screensaver is used. I have seen this for at least a month but it's certainly reproducible on latest nightly to which I upgraded yesterday: hrev53555.
First I see mouse movement stopping and then the whole system freezes. No response. Turning off computer with long press on power button.

It seems happening with any screensaver. Tried it with Blackness and with Icons.

Seems working in beta2 with external monitor, although it has some delay coming back to session.
