Can't open link in Firefox and Windows 10 (Access Denied), probably link is broken or have some restrictions. Location is Japan.

Works here (but I am also in North America.)

There are a variety of sites that have "won't load" problems in Web+, for whatever it's worth, so if this one does not load for you on Windows, see if one of the others will.

Vidrep reports this as also fixed on rebased, same as #16099.
