[tracker] List view name size column directly affects icon mode

Description
If i have the 'name' colume quite small when viewing a folder and then switch to icon mode the names of icons will be as small as they are in the column, and if i make the column large they will be so in icon mode.
The problem i see with this is that it is entirely non-obvious to users by which rules tracker decides to cut off names.
