I load DuckDuckGo; When I scroll down, and then back up, part or all of the logo disappears

hrev53561 AMD Ryzen 5 3400G
going from the video I made:
first, load duck duck go. second, scroll down using the scroll bar. (Using the keyboard will do the same unless you use the space bar and shift key to do all of your scrolling). third, scroll up using the scroll bar. fourth, the poor duck will (invariably?) have a part that is missing. (although if you mouse over, it will be okay)
