Updating Buildmaster may break haikuporter

Description

Recently, pkgman update pulls in readline-8. This breaks haikuporter with this error: runtime_loader: Cannot open file libreadline.so.8: No such file or directory

Some legacy packages not properly transitioned to readline-8.
