Stack & Tile improvements

Some improvements to Stack & Tile to make especially Tiling more usefull: *Add win+F shortcut to fullscreen a windowstack+tiling arangement

• this will become the main way to fullscreen (i.e borderless maximized window) applications, replacing alt+enter and other wierd shortcuts in applications.
• Add win+M as a maximize window shortcut (i.e available screenspace next to Deskbar, with title bard visible)
• Add win+mouse1 as an alternative to ctrl+cmd+mouse1
• Add win+mouse2 as an alternative to ctrl+cmd+mouse2
• Change win+UP to switch between members of a tiling arangement
• Change win+Down to switch between members of a tiling arangement
• Change the behaviour of resizing a member of a tiled arangement to modify the split between the windows for a shared border, instead of resizing the first member and moving the second
• Change the behaviour of maximing a window to maximize the Stacked&tiled arangement instead of just maximizing that one window

Add a "half fullscreen" mode, which would fill up 50% of the screen from one edge to the middle with an application, for this 4 more shortcuts would be added:

• win+h
• win+j'
• win +k
• win+l

The arrow keys would be a bit more atractive, but they are taken :)
