Description
I can see the lighting of the mouse, so I guess it's recognized by the haiku os. But it doesn't work, I can't control the pointer. Have to stick with the touchpad for a while now(Also tried the other usb ports -usb 2.0 and 3.0-).
Laptop: Lenovo Z50-70 model 20354
Mouse: Razer Mamba Elite (usb 2.0)
OS: Haiku 64-bit hrev53692

Syslog seems incomplete, could you reboot and attach another one just in case?
Anyway, this looks somewhat fishy:
usb xhci 0: transfer error on slot 2 endpoint 3: Babble detected usb_hid: error waiting for report: Device FIFO overrun

This one is also incomplete. Syslog should contain Welcome to the Haiku boot loader!
line. See if syslog.old has it.

It doesn't have that line. It's probably because I've did something strange while installing haiku efi. I'm booting from the bios boot menu "EFI HDD Device" when I want to use Haiku. Didn't see a bootloader screen since the installation(only once).

Ah, maybe EFI bootloader doesn't print that line to syslog, not sure about that.
