Description
vlc 0.8.5-svn fails to launch under Haiku, due to being unable to resolve the symbol "asin". The specific output to Terminal of the failed loading is:
elf_resolve_symbol: could not resolve symbol 'asin' resolve symbol "asin" returned -214747870 rutime_loader: troubles relocating 0x80001304
