MediaPlayer: Randomize feature duplicates the entries

Description

Hitting the Randomize Playlist button doesn't just shuffle the playlist, but results in a long jumbled mess of entries from the source entries.

It looks like the same thing happens when trying to Undo/Redo things, or from dragging multiple selected items.
