FileTypes: disable or remove "Launch" button for non-application items in Application types

Description
This is hrev53937.
In Application types window of FileTypes preference non-application items are listed such as add-ons or resoures. It should be not possible to attempt to launch them. Application can be distinguished from add-on or resource by ELF header.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open FileTypes.
- Select File -> Application types...
- Select "bfs".
- Press Launch.
- "Could not open" error appear.
