WebPositive does not start on fully updated system — at Initial Version

Description
Reproduction steps:
- Install Haiku
- Run SoftwareUpdater to install latest software
- Start WebPositive
Expected:
- WebPositive starts
Actual:
- WebPositive fails to start with error "Missing libraries: libcrypto.so.1.0.0, libssl.so.1.0.0"
Also, HaikuDepot starts but does not work.
Workaround:
go to /system/packages/administrative and install older openssl hpkg from previous state
