Network keeps restarting

The network keeps restarting say got link and restarts constantly i have tried different ports latest nightly and beta mainboard gigabyte H81M-D2V F6 bios rev 1.0.

It keeps resetting to 0 speed and then a reasonable speed again, very strange.

Please retest under a recent nightly.

Tried a week old nightly still doesn't work but tried Hrev56194-x86_64 and it works fine now. side note i did try 6 months ago and i only got 100Mb link this time i got 1Gb
