Component: Preferences/Input Version: R1/Development

Description

It is the general behaviour on most other operating systems; unless there is a significant Haiku-specific reason not to do so, it should be turned on by default as well.

+1, it speed up access to multiple windows. Clicking window first is annoying. Inactive window usually have empty area that have no effect on click and can be used for activation.
