mounting ntfs partitions not allowed

Description

I get the information that i can not mount any hdd with writepermisson on my Haiku hrev54139, because it is not allowed.

USB mounting runs without problems

Check your syslog. Usually this means the NTFS partition was not cleanly closed, i.e. the Windows is in hibernation.

Fallback to read-only in the case of hibernation is now supported in hrev55628.
