These entries stay English even if the system localisation is different.

So it looks like for this to work the shortcuts on the desktop would have to be updated to point to the changed local directory path of the documentation when the changes are made or a restart occurs (assuming the shortcuts are still on ones desktop). What if they are somewhere else?
