Bump 32-bit minimum system requirements:
MINIMUM (32-bit)
Processor: Intel Pentium III; AMD Athlon XP
Memory: 512MB
Monitor: 800x600
Storage: 4GB
Adds better OS minimum support for OS software updates, Web browsing, and HaikuDepot/Haikuports.

The reason was due to Live DVD 'installation' efforts < 512MB RAM by most normal users - not developers or enthusiasts.

There is no need to do this, Haiku still runs in 512MB and on Pentium IIs. We have a "Recommended" section for a reason already.
