Renaming "Haiku icon" makes it disappear and changes click to delete

Description
Try doing the following.
Click "slowly" on the Haiku icon with the leaf on it, top left as default on desktop (as in not the menu but the icon). Then it should allow you to rename to whatever, do just that, then what happens? Somehow it seems to "hang" for 15 seconds, then the icon disappears. Then clicking any of the other icons make them disappear as well.
Note, I'm not a king at this so I might dupe ticket 655, however I don't think so (if so, I beg your pardon).
This was tested with R22868

Was obviously fixed some time ago.
