Locale cannot be changed to Greek

Description
When selecting "Greek" (Ελληνικά) in the Locale section of the Preferences, the language of the interface does not change accordingly, even after a reboot.
Note: It's still possible to "Use month/day-names from preferred language". The Greek translations do exist and are nearly complete.

Indeed, for now it's only on beta2. It will reappear on the nightlies after beta2 is released.

I can't reproduce this hrev54514+97. When I change the locale language changes immediately.
