Description
Tried on R22868 in VmWare.
First of all, The "always on top" option on Deskbar settings is OFF.
Now try doing this. Open a window of any kind (I tried Home folder and Launchbox).
Slowly drag the window over Deskbar, notice how everything works fine. Now, instead of doing it slowly, make a very rapid movement over the deskbar and the following happens
- Instead of having the window floating on top, it gets below the deskbar
- The yellow colour of the apps "head" becomes White/greyish (Don't let go of left mouse button)
So something messes up when Mouse is moved to quickly over/behind deskbar.

I tried replicating this on both Alpha3 and hrev43238 in VirtualBox and I can't get this to happen.

The drawing logic of the auto-raise feature has been tweaked multiple times in the past years. This bug isn't reproducible anymore. There are others however... Closing this one as fixed anyway. Thanks for the grave-digging. :)
This is probably caused by the new auto-raise feature of the Deskbar. It will bring the Deskbar to focus and therefore to the foreground. Also the window you dragged will be inactivated. So the "gray" should be the normal inactive window gray. Maybe the auto-raise feature should ignore the mouse action if something is dragged.
