Sticky feature of BToolTip is broken

Description
When I wrote the test application src/tests/kits/interface/ToolTipTest.cpp, everything worked as expected. This is no longer the case, as you can easily observe when using the app: the sticky mode is no longer sticky.
Not sure what broke it, I just know that I won't have the time to look into it any time soon :-/
