Add "Workspaces" to "applications" in Trac

Description

In the "Applications" list, Workspaces is not available as an option, forcing one to put bugs/enhancements under General. PLease add Workspaces to this list.

I added Workspaces.

I selected 'axeld' as initial owner. Axel, is there someone else you want as initial owner?
