Desktop grid does not adapt properly when Deskbar is put on different sides of the screen

Description
This is a tiny UI discrepancy.
When you move Deskbar to top of the screen, the desktop grid isn't adjusted to visible desktop area, so when you choose "Clean Up", icons are either placed to far from the top or too high up and get cut off.
I would prefer if the grid used is moved down the same amount of pixels as the Deskbar is.
