Mail Deskbar shortcuts open wrong directories — at Initial Version

Description
If I navigate to my email folders (IMAP) from the home folder on the desktop, I can see my e-mails (eg starred, important). But if I use the icon in the Deskbar, it opens empty folders with the same name. At first, I thought the mails just weren't downloaded.

The top folder was opened via Home and contains emails. The empty one below was opened via the Deskbar and is empty. Both folders have the same name.
