Description
Someone should port over the RTL8821CE driver from Linux - here's the source: https://github.com/tomaspinho/rtl8821ce
It will probably require a rewrite to conform to the API.

We have no interest in porting Linux WiFi drivers ourselves, and that code is GPL anyway.
The FreeBSD developers may eventually get to this device in their driver, which we have as "realtekwifi", though it remains to be seen.
