libssl error when installing Beam even though lib is present

Description
When trying to install Beam from HaikuDepot, this spits out an pacakge problem saying "Nothing provides lib:libssl >= 1.0.0 needed by Beam 1.2.1-2 even though libssl 1.1 is present in the system. Beam 1-1-2-hrev5 with libs works fine.
