Tracker uses black text hardcoded?

Tracker uses black text on document background colour for list mode and same for icon mode by default; independient of the background color used. This makes that in dark backgrund the text is not legible. If start to navigate from /boot the text is ok.. but if starts to navigate from another place by default is black. See atached images.

Maybe it would also be good to remove the shadows text. Its not necessary nowadays.

I am pretty sure that it uses a color constant for this; at least I have seen screenshots with white text used I'm pretty sure. Which one I don't know.
